VIRTUAL TOUR FAILS TO LOAD ?
Windows XP users
Problem: Microsoft 'Virtual Machine' or Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is missing from your machine (some versions of Windows XP have been released without including Virtual Machine).
Cause:
To run any java applet, including virtual tour applet viewers, a JVM
must be installed. Installation will enable you to see virtual tours
and likely overcome other issues you may be experiencing with websites
utilising java Technologies.
Solution: download a copy of JVM. Microsoft calls the Java Virtual Machine by the name
Microsoft Virtual Machine. You can download it from one of the links below :
» Download JVM from Sun Microsystems (recommended)
» More information and downloads for JVM
Once the above download of JVM (Virtual Machine) is successfully completed and installed, simply revisit the Virtual Tours section and refresh/reload your browser. You should now see the tours loading successfully.
If you are still encountering problems, please don't hesitate to contact us and describe the problem - we'll help you find your way around.
