A two night minimum stay applies to low season bookings and a five night minimum stay applies to high season bookings unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
LOW SEASON
For bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee, by means of a Trust Account cheque, issued at the end of the month during which the cancellation is advised. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – no refund of deposit. To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required within 7 days of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
HIGH SEASON
For bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a $75.00 cancellation fee, by means of a Trust Account cheque at the end of the month during which the cancellation was advised. For bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival or once in-house, NO refund of the deposit applies. Any bookings of one night or more in high season will be deemed high season bookings. To secure a reservation in high season, 25% of the total accommodation charge is payable within 7 days of booking.
